Lana Wachowski's The Matrix Resurrections is coming to blow all of our minds in three months' time, and Warner Bros. is ratcheting up the anticipation with a newly launched website, WhatIsTheMatrix.com.
Head over to the site and you'll be asked, obviously, to choose between the red and blue pill. Depending on your choice, you'll then be shown one of more than 180,000 teaser clips, each with brief snippets of footage from the highly anticipated film and voiceover work from one of the film's stars.
And according to the short clips, a full-length trailer is coming on Thursday (September 9). The only thing anyone really knows about the new movie so far is its title, so if you're looking for a sneak peek, this site is the place to be.
The Matrix Resurrections is heading to theatres and streaming on December 22. It'll see Keanu Reeves return as Neo, Carrie-Anne Moss as Trinity, Jada Pinkett Smith as Niobe, Lambert Wilson as The Merovingian, and Daniel Bernhardt as Agent Johnson.
Also joining the cast are Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Andrew Caldwell, Priyanka Chopra, Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris, Jessica Henwick, Ellen Hollman, Eréndira Ibarra, Toby Onwumere, Christina Ricci, Max Riemelt and Brian J. Smith.
