After learning of Hans Zimmer's three soundtracks for Denis Villeneuve's Dune last month, we're now getting the details about the collection that will accompany a making-of book penned by executive producer Tanya Lapointe.

The Art and Soul of Dune — which will arrive on October 22 through Insight Editions — comes in two editions. The standard edition costs $50, while the limited edition will go for just under $600 and be limited to only 700 copies.

The pricey special edition features 80 pages of exclusive art, and each copy is signed by Lapointe, director , cinematographer Greig Fraser, and stars Timothée Chalamet and Josh Brolin. The set will also feature exclusive on-set photographs taken by Fraser. Both the limited and standard editions of the book feature in-depth interviews with Villeneuve, Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac and more.

As previously reported, Zimmer — the Oscar-winning composer behind the scores for The Lion King, Inception, Interstellar and The Dark Knight Trilogy, just to name a few — was apparently so inspired by the upcoming behind-the-scenes book that he wanted to write an accompanying score. The composer will also release The Dune Sketchbook (Music from the Soundtrack) and Dune (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) via WaterTower Music

Zimmer has previously said that Frank Herbert's Dune is one of his favourite childhood books. "And I never saw the original Dune movie, and so, I'm coming at this in a fresh way, just from the book," Zimmer said ahead of production.

Following a TIFF premiere, Dune will arrive in theatres and on HBO Max on October 22.
