Space Jam 2 is definitely happening with LeBron James, and now the film has a new director in Girls Trip helmer Malcolm D. Lee.
Lee replaces Terence Nance, who was previously attached to the project but left due to creative differences with producers.
In addition to LeBron James, the film will star Don Cheadle and, presumably, the Looney Tunes characters.
Warner Bros. has set a release date of July 16, 2021, for the film.
