Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in Talks for 'Big Trouble in Little China'

Currently starring in the critically maligned (but probably still awesome) earthquake action movie San Andreas and soon to star in his own Entourage ripoff, bald beefcake Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has a lot on his plate. He just might scoop up some more work, however, as he's now in talks to star in a new version of Big Trouble in Little China.

John Carpenter's 1986 cult classic starred Kurt Russell as Jack Burton, a trucker who must battle supernatural forces in San Francisco's Chinatown district. Johnson is currently in talks to star, along with serving as the film's producer.

The film is rumoured to be written by X-Men: First Class scribes Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz.
