Dave Chappelle made a triumphant return to sketch comedy when he hosted Saturday Night Live in November, and he wrapped up his hosting gig by performing a rendition of Radiohead's "Creep" at the show's afterparty. Now, the comedian has once again made a public display of his affinity for '90s alt-rock covers.
On Wednesday night (January 4), Chappelle crashed the stage during a John Mayer concert at the Hotel Café in Los Angeles, and joined the singer-songwriter to perform Nirvana classic "Come as You Are."
As if that wasn't enough retro fun, the duo also delivered a rendition of Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'."
