Not far removed from making his most recent contribution to Canadian cinema with Goon: Last of the Enforcers, Jay Baruchel has now landed a role in Letterkenny.
As The Hollywood Reporter points out, Baruchel will join the CraveTV original series to play Hard Right Jay, a "tiki torch-wielding rabble rouser from out of town." Letterkenny's third season hit CraveTV earlier this year, with a production commitment for an additional 40 episodes having been made in October.
Baruchel wrote and directed Goon: Last of the Enforcers earlier this year. His most prominent television role of late found him starring in FXX's Man Seeking Woman, which aired for three seasons from 2015 to 2017.
Letterkenny stars Jared Keeso, Nathan Dales, K Trevor Wilson and Mark Forward are set to embark on a live tour next year, and you can find further details on that here.
