New Zealand outfit Yumi Zouma made a big impression with this year's EP, and now they're back with a new track called "Alena."
The song is initially spacious and space-y, but a four-on-the-floor drum machine thump gives it a propulsive push, and this eventually gives way to bouncy MIDI piano and a twinkling disco groove. All this makes it impossible to resist the ethereal vocal coos of, "Come over here and talk to me."
It's out digitally through Cascine. Hear it below.
