White Reaper are the first U.S. act to be signed to Hollerado's Royal Mountain Records label, and the Kentucky garage-pop band have now shared their album White Reaper Does It Again ahead of its July 17 release.
The LP begins with the pummelling, fuzzy surge of "Make Me Wanna Die." But as loud as the tune is, it's pleasantly poppy thanks to the catchy chorus and quirky keyboard breaks. This sets the tone for the album, as White Reaper's punk-inspired aggression never comes at the cost of memorable hooks.
