We're worried that White Poppy's Crystal Dorval might be working a little too hard on her music, since that seems to be the implication of her new video for "Wear Me Away" from last year's self-titled LP on Not Not Fun.
The effects-laden, VHS-chic clip for this blurry dream pop cut shows Dorval hanging out in her bedroom with a guitar, keyboard of 4-track tape recorder. There are prison bars on the window as she apparently can't leave until her writing session is complete. Luckily for her, she evidently gets her work done by the end of the video and she straps on her Walkman for a stroll in the sunshine.
