Toronto label We Are Busy Bodies is launching a new reissue imprint called Record Record Label, focused primarily on limited vinyl reissues of albums previously only released on CD or limited vinyl.

"We Are Busy Bodies is focused on both new releases and reissues across multiple genres," label founder Eric Warner said in a statement. "Having previously issued new music and reissues for artists including the Age of Electric, Limblifter and Wide Mouth Mason, we wanted to expand on our love of Canadian rock, pop, and everything in between with a more focused imprint."

Record Record Label plans to issue one to two monthly releases and has 15 releases already scheduled through mid-2024, starting with an August release of the Monoxides' 1997 album Galaxy of Stooges

"There's a definite sense of pride that comes with this reissue," says Monoxides vocalist-guitarist Steve Hickox in a press release. "...The fact that more than 25 years later, people are still interested in hearing it and experiencing it in a whole different format is rather humbling."

The Galaxy of Stooges reissue will be followed by releases of Wide Mouth Mason's self-titled debut album and Where I Started in September, as well as the Waking Eyes' debut album, Combing the Clouds, in October.
