Waka Flocka Flame's yet-to-be-releasedFlockaveli 2 was given the proposed due date of October 5 and was followed by the announcement of an EDM album with Diplo and Skrillex. Now, it appears those two projects have been combined to be the same album.
Speaking with Hot New Hip-Hop, Waka explained that his next album will actually be called Flockaveli Psychotics, which will be heavily inspired by his recent EDM tourmates Steve Aoki and Borgore.
"Steve Aoki is like the electronic Waka Flocka. He just known for turning up," Waka said, "I feel like he do everything I do except without vocals. It's amazing, I respect him."
Earlier this year, when speaking with Hip Hop DX, Waka said "The king of rap EDM is me. I've been there. Punk rap, that's EDM. People didn't understand what I was saying, now they do. I see a lot of my students, I'm like the principal, I'm here to talk."
While we await the arrival of Flockaveli Psychotics, listen to Waka's recent Borgore collaboration "Wild Out" below.
