If you don't know, now you know: Unknown Mortal Orchestra have announced a 2023 North American tour in support of a forthcoming double album.

UMO's North American tour kicks off next March in Spokane, WA, ahead of making its way to Toronto's Queen Elizabeth Theatre on April 11 for their lone Canadian date. The band will wrap things up later that month in Boston, MA, before heading overseas for some additional dates.

Today, the band have also shared new single "I Killed Captain Cook." Told from the perspective of the Hawaiian that killed the English explorer largely responsible for colonizing Polynesia (a story Ruban Neilson's mother would tell him as a child), the accompanying video for the new single features Neilson's mother, Deedee Aipolani Nielson, a Kanaka Maoli from Hilo and Miss Aloha Hula 1973.

Watch the video for "I Killed Captain Cook" below, and keep scrolling to see the band's full tour itinerary.

UMO's most recent albums, HC-01 Hanoi and Sex & Food, were both released in 2018.
