U2 members Bono and the Edge are being celebrated with a music doc, in which they show David Letterman around their hometown of Dublin. Bono & The Edge: A Sort of Homecoming, with Dave Letterman will premiere on Disney+ on March 17.

According to a press release, the film will follow Letterman as he visits Dublin for the first time and hangs out with the U2 superstars as they prepare for an intimate concert. It was directed by Morgan Neville (20 Feet from Stardom, Won't You Be My Neighbor?) and will focus on Bono and the Edge's friendship and collaboration.

"Recently, I won a radio contest," joked Letterman in a statement. "Winner gets to visit Dublin with Bono and The Edge (radio contest part not true, but I feel like a winner). They showed me around, introduced me to their musician friends, and performed some of their greatest songs in a small theatre. It's a great tour. Get in touch with them ― I'm told there are still availabilities. I'm the luckiest man on the planet. (There are no availabilities)."

The film also includes Swell Season members Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová, Imelda May, Grian Chatten of Fontaines DC, Dermot Kennedy and more. Watch a teaser below.

March 17 is also the release date for Songs of Surrender, a 40-song reimagining of past U2 material.
