U2 have revealed the details of their stadium tour in support of their freshly served No Line on the Horizon. Dubbed the "U2 360°" tour, the live dates are set to kick off in Barcelona on June 20 and eventually make their way to the U.S. and Canada in September.
As usual, the band are promising quite the spectacle for the upcoming tour, which will feature an "innovative new stage design" that will allow fans to enjoy the show from every angle. "This is going to be completely different, and that's what makes it exciting - finding something new to bring to the touring culture," guitarist the Edge told Billboard. "It's hard to come up with something that's fundamentally different, but we have, I think, on this tour. Where we're taking our production will never have been seen before by anybody, and that's an amazing thing to be able to say. For a band like U2 that really thrive on breaking new ground, it's a real thrill."
