Now that Montreal soft-pop unit TOPS' new Picture You Staring album has hit stores, the band are ready to celebrate. Just check the recently issued video for the lightly funked-up "Way to Be Loved," in which the act perform at a co-ed dance.
The mixed boy-girl party gets off to a slow start, though, with each side unsure whether or not to mingle on the floor. Eventually, the shushed vocals and Afrobeat rustle of the track compel the kiddies to stop smoking and gabbing for a bit to cut a rug. There are a few cameos to look out for, including a dancing Cadence Weapon, an aloof Alex Calder and, most disturbingly, Mac DeMarco's ball sack.
