The National have shared another taste of their new album. "New Order T-Shirt" is the latest taste of First Two Pages of Frankenstein.
The song is a poetic ballad, its acoustic arpeggios providing the wistful backdrop for Matt Berninger's poetic images of customs cops in Hawaii and watching sharks in a Kentucky aquarium. At around the 90-second mark, a propulsive beat enters, making it sound a little closer to prior single "Tropic Morning News."
