The 1975 may have pushed their upcoming album Notes on a Conditional Form back until April, but they're still giving fans plenty to look forward to. The band have announced North American tour dates and shared a new track called "Me & You Together Song."
Following dates in Australia, New Zealand, the U.K. and Ireland, the 1975 will kick off a run of North American shows in Houston on April 27. They'll eventually reach north of the Canadian border for a single date in Toronto on May 21. The North American leg will wrap up with the band's set at Bonnaroo on June 12.
The 1975 will be joined for majority of those shows by Phoebe Bridgers and beabadoobee as supporting acts.
