There are plenty of ways for fathers to bond with their daughters. That said, T.I.'s annual ritual is not exactly orthodox. The rapper himself has admitted that he accompanies his daughter to the gynecologist once a year to make sure her hymen is still intact.
In an interview with Nazanin Mandi and Nadia Moham on the Ladies Like Us podcast, the rapper admitted that he makes a habit of accompanying his daughter Deyjah Harris to the gynecologist.
When asked if T.I. had the "sex talk" with Deyjah, he said, "Not only have we had the conversation. We have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen.... Yes, I go with her."
T.I. mentioned that on her 16th birthday, he "put a sticky note on the door: 'Gyno. Tomorrow. 9:30.'"
"So we'll go and sit down and the doctor comes and talk, and the doctor's maintaining a high level of professionalism," T.I. continued. "He's like, 'You know, sir, I have to, in order to share information' — I'm like, 'Deyjah, they want you to sign this so we can share information. Is there anything you would not want me to know? See, Doc? Ain't no problem.'"
Before you point out that a hymen can be broken without sexual penetration, you should know that T.I. is well-aware.
"And so then they come and say, 'Well, I just want you to know that there are other ways besides sex that the hymen can be broken like bike riding, athletics, horseback riding, and just other forms of athletic physical activity,'" he said. "So I say, 'Look, Doc, she don't ride no horses, she don't ride no bike, she don't play no sports. Just check the hymen, please, and give me back my results expeditiously.'"
Proudly, he concluded, "I will say, as of her 18th birthday, her hymen is still intact."
Of course, the revelation has not been met with positivity on social media. Read some responses to the story below.

This T.I. thing is so gross. And just because her "hymen is intact," it doesn't mean she hasn't been giving and receiving dat mouf or booty work, ole narrow-minded dirty fool.
