Experimental folk dude Sufjan Stevens is set to return with Carrie & Lowell at the end of the month, but before the record arrives, he's shared another new album cut called "Should Have Known Better."
It falls in line with the softly-sung, stripped-down folk-pop we heard on "No Shade in the Shadow of the Cross," but isn't quite so heartbreaking. You can hear Stevens' slightly more optimistic side on "Should Have Known Better" in the player below.
