Stereolab are back! Having unveiled reissues and hinted at a live reunion, the group recently booked a couple of upcoming festival dates. Now, they've announced a full European and North American tour, as well as detailed their first couple of reissues.
After spending the spring and early summer in Europe, Stereolab will come to North American shores in September and October. There's a generous selection of U.S. dates, plus Canadian stops in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

Additionally, Stereolab will be reissuing seven of their albums in 2019. First up, 1993's Transient Random Noise-Bursts with Announcements and 1994's Mars Audiac Quintet will arrive on May 3 via Warp Records/Duophonic UHF Disks on vinyl, CD and digital formats. The next three albums of the campaign will come in August, with the final two arriving in November.
These albums have been remastered from the original tapes by Bo Kondren (overseen by Stereolab's own Tim Gane) and will come with bonus material in the form of alternate takes, demos and unreleased mixes. Vinyl will come with a poster and sleeve notes from Gane, plus a lottery-style scratch card with the opportunity of winning a special 12-inch EP.
