Hailing from Los Angeles and based out of Toronto, dreamy indie pop duo Snowblink have been laying relatively low since the release of 2012's Inner Classics, with frontwoman Daniela Gesundheit taking some time to work with Hydra. The two-piece re-emerged recently, appearing on the lineup for this year's Sandbanks Music Festival, and now Gesundheit and Dan Goldman have unveiled a bit more information about their band's future.
Snowblink have signed to Outside Music and delivered the first output for the label in the form of a new single. It's called "How Now" and serves up a refreshing blend of Gesundheit's airy, hypnotic voice, soothing waves of synth and Goldman's low, warm backing vocals.
"To say we are in good company is an understatement," reads a statement from the band. "What a rare treat to make and release music amongst friends and deeply talented peers."
