As reported by TMZ, the woman — an actor, model, and dancer identified as Jane Doe — alleges that Juan took her to his home against her will after the show and, the following morning, "removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis" into her mouth. The next day, as per the lawsuit, Juan allegedly took Doe to Snoop Dogg's studio, where Snoop Dogg is accused of cornering her in a bathroom stall and forcing her to perform oral sex. The rapper allegedly "proceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on [Jane Doe]'s upper chest and lower neck."
Doe is suing Snoop Dogg for sexual battery, sexual assault and for a violation of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. In addition to Snoop Dogg and Bishop Don "Magic" Juan, the lawsuit names the companies Gerber & Co, Inc.; the Broadus Collection, LLC; Casa Verde Capital, LLC; and Merry Jane Events, Inc. as defendants.
According to TMZ, Snoop Dogg has denied Jane Doe's claims.
The lawsuit was filed in a California federal court yesterday (February 9). That same day, it was reported that Snoop Dogg has acquired the legendary hip-hop label Death Row Records. He's scheduled to release his new album B.O.D.R. (Bacc on Death Row) tomorrow (February 11), and, on Sunday, February 13, the rapper is scheduled to perform during the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI halftime show alongside Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar.
