Slim Twig

"There's a Secret to Your Pleasure"

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Dec 7, 2011

When not appearing in films like The Tracey Fragments, Toronto's Slim Twig is putting out a prolific amount of music. The latest release from the art popster is a limited-edition seven-inch single for "There's a Secret to Your Pleasure."

The single is being issued by Calico Corporation, a label started by Slim Twig and U.S. Girls' Meghan Remy. The B-side is a track going by the name "Pastiche" and the two-song combo has been described as "psychedelic art-pop conjuring an alternate reality where the Mael brothers relocated to Germany to ghostwrite for Krautrock bands."

To hear for yourself what that sounds like, check out "There's a Secret to Your Pleasure" here.

Oh, and the seven-inch is limited to 300 copies, so if you want a copy, you may want to pick one up ASAP.
