American dubstep dominator Skrillex starts up his train-hopping summer trek, the Full Flex Express Tour, in Toronto today (July 13), but you'll be able to check out the electronic musician's sounds via the silver screen this November through his score for the upcoming animated Disney flick, Wreck-It Ralph.
It's unclear whether Skrillex (aka Sonny Moore) will deliver deep bass drops in the kid's film, which focuses on a video game villain that wants to go good, but the performer's association to the film was announced yesterday (July 12) at the San Diego Comic-Con International [via Billboard]. The titular character is voiced by John C. Reilly, with the supporting cast including Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch, and more. The kids movie hits theatres November 2.
This is the second score announcement Moore has made of late, having also confirmed he'll be working on Harmony Korine's upcoming Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens vehicle, Spring Breakers, which is expected in 2013. Moore had tweeted that the Spring Breakers score will be a departure from his stadium-approved knob-twisting. "It's more or less traditional scoring... dont expect dance floor bangers!"
Since neither film hits screens in the immediate future, Canadian fans wanting a quick fix of Skrillex can check out the "Full Flex Express" schedule down below. As previously reported, the tour also features Grimes, Diplo, Tokimonsta, Pretty Lights, and more
