Talk about commitment to the bit! In the latest development of the rollout for the new Tegan and Sara album Crybaby, Sara Quin has welcomed her first child.
She shared the news on the band's Instagram yesterday (August 2) with a mirror selfie of her holding a sleeping newborn, captioned, "My #crybaby."
The child joins Quin's family of two cats (Holiday and Mickey) with her longtime partner Stacy Reader, while her sister Tegan is mother to dog Georgia.
Tegan and Sara's first album for Mom + Pop Music — once again, we're sensing a very strong theme here — is due October 21. Led by the single "Yellow," the duo's 10th full-length collection follows 2019's Hey, I'm Just Like You.
