San Serac Signs to Morgan Geist's Environ Imprint for the Music Never Ends EP

BY Travis CainePublished Sep 18, 2009

San Serac's unquestionable work ethic has been garnering him plenty of praise over the past few years. The house eccentric's 2007 album Professional gained plenty of positive reviews - even from us here at Exclaim! - and his project with ex-Junior Boy Johnny Dark, Stereo Image, topped many reviewers' best-of lists back in '08.

Now, Serac looks to continue his success with some brand new releases this year. First, there's an EP entitled Music Never Ends, which is being released on November 10 via Serac's new label home, Morgan Geist's Environ Records imprint. Available on both twelve-inch and digitally, the release features a handful of new Serac jams, such as the title track and "Night Work," as well as a remix from Geist himself.

And while the details are slim, we also know Serac has a proper full-length in the works as well. He's currently recording the as-yet-untitled record with French house producer Para One, though no release date has yet been set.

For now, Music Never Ends's tracklisting:

Twelve-Inch:

A1. "Music Never Ends
A2. "Night Work
B2. "Music Never Ends (M's Music Mix remix by Morgan Geist)"

Digital:

1. "Music Never Ends"
2. "Night Work"
3. "Style"
4. "Music Never Ends (M's Music Mix remix by Morgan Geist)"
