A leader of many different musical projects, revered Canadian songwriter Ron Hawkins has announced he's striking out alone for his latest release. His 15th studio album, Spit Sputter and Sparkle, will arrive this spring.
Recorded in the comfort of his own home, Hawkins handles all vocals and instrumentation across 11 new original tracks. "My little home studio is only nine feet by nine feet but it's packed with toys and musical goodies. It's a bit like going down the rabbit hole," he explained in a press release. "I spent the better part of a year down that rabbit hole and when I came out the other side Spit Sputter and Sparkle was born."
Coinciding with the album's release, Hawkins is taking a few of his different musical projects on tour throughout March and April. The complete list of dates can be found below.
