Red Hot Chili Peppers

'2011 Live EP'

BY Alex HudsonPublished Mar 30, 2012

Red Hot Chili Peppers previously announced that they would be releasing every show on their I'm with You tour as a downloadable live album. If you don't feel like forking out the cash for the downloads, you can still hear some on the material thanks to the free 2011 Live EP.

The EP contains five live tracks, which offer a sampling of recent hits ("Dani California"), new album cuts ("Look Around," "Monarchy of Roses") and classic tunes from yesteryear ("Give It Away," "If You Have to Ask"). Download it for free from the Red Hot Chili Peppers store, but be forewarned: you have to sign up for the website and cough up your email address to do so.

The songs were handpicked by drummer Chad Smith as his favourites from last year's European tour.
