Ontarios the Reason are making every effort to stand out in this overcrowded sea of poppy emo bands with the bands latest tasty five-song release of their best pop punk ditties. Its hard not to dance to the riffs in "Subways in Pittsburgh or "150. The Reason is pop punk at its core, but they manage to fuse interesting bits of hardcore on "Tortoise or folky Against Me! styles on "What Dosent Kill You Makes You Grow. Definitely the love child of Choke and Thrice, The Problems Associated with Running isnt really anything groundbreaking, but its definitely a fun time and an impressive start.
