Following last year's release of Doggerel, Pixies have announced the third and final leg of their North American tour: a co-headlining trek with Modest Mouse and special guest Cat Power. It includes a lone Canadian stop in Vancouver this September.
The run kicks off in Asbury Park on August 20, with all but one show taking place stateside. They'll hit Vancouver's Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre towards the end of the tour, playing on September 9 ahead of wrapping the dates in San Diego on September 16.
After taking The Lonesome Crowded West on tour for its 25th anniversary in 2022, Modest Mouse tragically lost drummer Jeremiah Green to cancer at the beginning of this year.
Tickets for the Pixies and MM co-headliner go on sale Friday (March 31) at 10 a.m. local, with various Ticketmaster presales beginning tomorrow (March 29) at 1 p.m.
