Pharrell will be making his mark on Toronto in the unlikely form of condominium towers.
The producer is joining forces with developers Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties for a project that has been dubbed "untitled."
According to the Canadian Press, it will consist of two joined towers at Yonge and Eglinton, hosting 750 units between them.
"To live your life 'untitled' means not having to live up to something or perform beyond a standard," he said in a statement. "For the standard to literally just be this beautiful matrix that allows people to create their own world."
Pharrell reportedly consulted on a number of design aspects for the towers, including the building's facade, interior and furnishings.
His previous forays into design include clothing, sneakers, jewelry, sunglasses, furniture and sculpture.
Sales for the condo units will begin in 2020. An official launch is slated to take place in January.
