The Pains of Being Pure At Heart

"Belong" (video)

Over two years after the Pains of Being Pure At Heart issued their Belong, the New York-based dream-pop crew are giving the set another push by delivering a pastel-tinted faux-performance clip for its fuzzy title track.

The band appear on a pinky stage, flanked by shimmering silver stars and a heart-shaped set piece behind the drums. While a shiny-pants sporting Kip Berman jams on his axe and lets loose some dreamy lines, a teenage audience begins to go bonkers.

You'll find the crowd go from dancing to the tunes to full-on make-out mode, and the band swap instruments before wrecking the joint in the video down below.
