In the Saturday Night Live skit, "Dr. Beaman's Office," Tim Meadows's robot dancing along with a quip about a lost baby cause Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon to giggle, which starts the audience uproariously laughing. The skit, overall, is ramshackle and not particularly funny, though the breaking of the fourth wall is inclusive and, in turn, hilarious. At Neon Windbreaker's second and purportedly last-ever gig, the audience was similarly in on the joke. Though it was less of a show than an excuse for some friends to play loud on a stage, the noise jam session was bizarrely fun and thankfully short.
