Nick Ferrio plays with both the Burning Hell and Baby Eagle & the Proud Mothers, and he took the lead last year by releasing a self-titled album as Nick Ferrio & His Feelings. Now, the Ontario country singer is preparing to hit the road in Canada in support of a new 7-inch.
Ferrio's tour launches later this month and will find the singer travelling throughout the eastern part of the country. The schedule includes shows with the Burning Hell, Baby Eagle, the Wooden Sky, Olenka & the Autumn Lovers, the Highest Order, Shotgun Jimmie and more. See the itinerary below.
As for the 7-inch, it's the March instalment of Seventh Fire Records' singles series. It was produced by Blue Rodeo's Greg Keelor and officially came out yesterday (March 7).
According to a press release, A-side "Half the Time" is "a psychological thriller, exploring one man's realization that his love is unrequited and only exists within the confines of his fallible mind." The B-side, "Other Side of Town," on the other hand, "examines what happens when love fades and jealousy takes root."
