Montreal's Piknic Electronik Announces 2014 Season with Jamie xx, Kode9, Poirier

In addition to traditional summer festivals, Montreal will be hosting its annual Piknic Electronik series this summer. This will consist of 23 weekly electronic shows on Sundays in the city's Parc Jean-Drapeau from May 18 to September 21.

Performers across the months at the 12th annual event will include Jamie xx, Kode9, Poirier, Sébastien Léger, Daniel Avery, Misstress Barbara, Soul Clap, Wolf + Lamb, Slow Hands, Leon Vynehall, Will Saul, Midland, Heidi, Mightykat, Miguel Graça, Mir, the One Tash, Joachim Pastor, Agoria, Oniris, Madben, Sonic Crew, Bobmo, French Fries, Manaré, Aleqs Notal, Masomenos, Cashmere Cat, Surfing Leons, Ohm Hourani, Jimmy Edgar, J. Phlip, Appelscal, Schlachthofbronx, Mathias Zimmerman, 10Kilos.US, Hushlamb, Knife & Fork, Music Is My Sanctuary, Saintwoods, Canicule Tropicale, Body Meta, DJ Doc, DJ Chuck, Move D, Donato Dozzy and more.

A press release promises "an intoxicating cocktail of DJs and producers guaranteed to add that requisite punch to your sunny Sundays under the Calder of Parc Jean-Drapeau."
