Torontonian disco pop performer Maylee Todd successfully dodged the sophomore slump with the release of her Escapology LP in 2013. The album's managed to keep cranking out hits a year later, most recently with the funked-up disco number "Hieroglyphics," which now has its own video.
The wacky clip brings the charm via shots of chihuahuas in space, Todd in her very own astronaut suit and, unrelated, some quickly edited shots of the singer running through the streets of Tokyo. The visual quirks keep coming and complement the suave song nicely.
