Marilyn Manson has been slapped with a new lawsuit involving claims of sexual abuse. This time it comes from his former assistant, who alleges the musician subjected her to sexual harassment, abuse and battery.
The lawsuit was filed by Ashley Walters in in Los Angeles Superior Court, Deadline reports. In the 16-page suit, she claims Manson regularly engaged in threatening behaviour toward her, including "drug induced fits of rage."
The lawsuit comes less than a month after Game of Thrones star Esmé Bianco also filed a suit against Manson, accusing him of both rape and sexual battery.

Walters' suit continues: "During these drug binges, he threw dishes at Walters, threatened to commit suicide and even pushed her into a wall."
Walters goes on to claim Manson would repeatedly talk of abuse, saying "he had gotten away with raping women" and that he "routinely told" her that "he wanted to kill women he was involved with," Deadline reports.
According to Walters, she also snuck food and drinks into a bedroom for accusers Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco because both were too afraid to leave the room while in their respective relationships with Manson.
Walters claimed that she witnessed Manson "throw a prop skull so hard at Wood that it left a large raised welt in her stomach."
The lawsuit details other horrific incidents, including Manson forcing Walters to stay up for 48 hours straight. "She was required to stand for 12 hours straight on a chair while taking pictures of him," the lawsuit states, adding that Manson "fed her cocaine to force her to stay awake."
Beyond that, there are graphic details involving Manson allegedly encouraging friends to grope her, saying she was "physically and verbally threatened" before eventually having her employment with Manson terminated in October 2011.
In addition to suing Manson, Walters' lawsuit also names his label Marilyn Manson Records as a defendant. Deadline reports that Walters decision to bring forward legal action now is due to multiple other victims approaching her in the fall of 2020 to share their experiences with Manson.
According to the suit, during such meetings Walters realized that "what she suffered during employment was not only traumatic, but unlawful."
Walters is now seeking backpay and lost wages, in addition to compensatory and punitive damages, as well as the use and possession of any explicit images of women obtained without their consent.
The FBI has reportedly launched an investigation into the multiple claims of abuse lodged against the artist. Manson has denied all claims of abuse, calling them "horrible distortions of reality."
