Lou Phelps has returned with details of a new mixtape. The Montreal artist will share the seven-track EXTRA EXTRA! on October 30.
EXTRA EXTRA! finds Phelps laying lyrics over beats from from tek.lun, LAKIM and his brother Kaytranada, who produced five of the tape's tracks. The seven-song set is said to find Phelps taking an introspective look at the highs and lows of rising stardom.
Alongside today's news, the MC comes out swinging on the Kaytranada-produced "Nike Shoe Box," likening himself to Evander Holyfield as he pulls no punches over his brother's beat.
Phelps released 002/Love Me in 2018, which featured Kaytranada, Karriem Riggins, Jazz Cartier Jahkoy, Planet Giza and Pony.
