As one of the only relevant acts still on G-Unit, Lloyd Banks created Hunger for More 2 with little buzz but high expectations, and appearances from 50 Cent, Tony Yayo, Styles P and Pusha T make Hunger For More 2 a very thorough album. Lead single "Beamer, Benz or Bently" definitely gets repeat status and highlights Banks in his element: grimy street production. Second single "Start It Up," featuring Kanye West, Fabolous and Swizz Beats, will easily be a club favourite. The melodic, Raekwon-laced "Sooner or Later" is a gem as well, with an impeccable verse from the Wu-Tang star. Hunger For More 2 is surprisingly great. If you look past the fact that most of his guests outshine him, it's easy to consider Banks a hip-hop star again.
