Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder has announced his new solo album Earthling with the arrival of its lead single "Long Way."
Earthling will be Vedder's third solo effort, following 2011's Ukulele Songs. It'll see the musician collaborate with 2021 Producer of the Year, Grammy winner Andrew Hatt.
If "Long Way" is any indication, the soundscape will take us straight to the heartland with free-wheeling, guitar-driven '80s rock made for the open road.
Fans can pre-order the single on 7-inch vinyl alongside the B-side "The Haves." Vedder teased in an Instagram post that the unheard song was "soon-to-be-released."
