Having found a way to extend his 15 minutes of fame past this April's release of Total Xanarchy, Lil Xan had his listeners worried when posted on Instagram from the back of an ambulance yesterday afternoon (September 24).
Now, the rapper says his hospital visit was due to eating too many Flamin' Hot Cheetos. As Xan explained on Instagram live later that evening, eating a few too many of the hot chips caused him some trouble with his stomach lining.
"I just want to let everybody know I was in the hospital not due to any drugs, but I guess I ate too many hot Cheetos, and it ripped something in my stomach open so I puked a little blood," he clarified, laughing. "So we good."
It's perfectly reasonable for Xan to find peace at the bottom of a chip bag following his very public breakup with Noah Cyrus, but comfort food certainly doesn't sound comforting if it's ripping your insides apart.
Xan will kick off a fall tour in New York tomorrow night.
