Liima

"Roger Waters" (video)

Gearing up for the release of their debut ii later this month, Scandinavian supergroup Liima have given listeners another taste of new material with a video for album cut "Roger Waters."

The song's jittery electronics have been given a visual accompaniment with footage of a shirtless man, crazed and bloodied, who seems to be having strange hallucinations. While it's not immediately clear why the track takes its namesake from the Pink Floyd member, perhaps this video is a representation of what happens when one is forced to sit through The Wall or The Final Cut one too many times.

As previously reported, Liima unites Eferklang's Clausen, Mads Brauer and Rasmus Stolberg with percussionist Tatu Rönkkö. Their debut album, ii, sees release March 18 via 4AD.
