Packed into the small Farfadet, Montreals piano songstress graced the room in true form. Performing a sweet blend of Tori Amos atmospheric vocals and Fiona Apple-esque sombre piano sounds, Sevigny brought the room to a standstill. Backed up by a violinist, drummer and bassist, Sevigny and her band played a collection of songs, including a hilarious cover of Madonnas "Hollywood. Looking timid and bashful, the singer worked her way through her beautiful, melancholic songbook.
