Welp, it's official — Kanye West needs to delete his Twitter account. The rapper that so many love and defend has now put his foot a little too far in his mouth, claiming that alleged sexual predator Bill Cosby is innocent.
For those just catching up, Cosby has been accused of sexual assault by over 50 women. These include the allegations that he drugged and raped women without their consent. He was finally charged with sexual assault last month.
In what can only be described as the worst album promo of all time, Kanye tweeted a flippant, all-caps statement about the subject:
The rapper has been on a Twitter spree tonight, covering everything from fashion to sneakers and also offering an update from the studio. All of this despite the fact that his album is supposedly arriving in two days.
Speaking of that album, Kanye revealed earlier today that it's now called T.L.O.P. though he's yet to explain what it stands for. After tonight, we're going to refer to it as Twitter: Log Off, Please.
