Bluesy Toronto rock act July Talk just released an expanded edition of their self-titled debut album through Sleepless Records/Universal today (October 15), and now the whole thing is available to stream.
The album expands the original 10-song tracklist with four extra tunes — "Headsick," "Summer Dress," "My Neck" and "Black Lace" — which have been slotted into the sequencing rather than tacked onto the end.
The band's Peter Dreimanis said in a statement, "We've always felt that the first record is a good introduction to the band and the conversation between [co-vocalist] Leah [Fay] and I. It was important to us to add new material because we didn't feel like that introduction was finished. We've been on the road all year, a lot has happened and there is simply more to say."
