Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne was one of the biggest things to happen in music this year, with the collaborative album garnering rave reviews and their concert tour eliciting mania across North America. How else can you explain crowds whole-heartedly approving hearing "Niggas in Paris" over and over and over again? Clearly hoping to keep giving the fans what they want, Jigga has hinted that there may be more Throne-related tunes in 2012.
Speaking with MTV News, Jay-Z explained that he has his eyes fixed on both a solo set and another tag-team with Yeezy in the coming year.
"We -- I say 'we' because I'm in Throne mode -- we're in a great place creatively," Jay-Z said. "You might see a Jay, then Kanye and a Throne album next year. You know, we're really in a great place creatively. We really found our zone."
It's still too early to determine whether or not Hova's just talking game. His last solo LP was 2009's The Blueprint 3, while Kanye's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy came out in late 2010.
