Two years removed from their full-length debut, Sonic Bloom, Toronto, ON psych poppers the Hoa Hoa's have finally dropped their follow-up LP.
To celebrate its release, the band are playing a CD release party in Montreal this Saturday (December 12) at L'Esco with supporting acts Postcards and Omon Ra.
Titled Pop/Drone/Pedals and released December 1, care of Toronto's Optical Sounds, their sophomore effort showcases the band's increased musical maturity and skill, according to the press release. Included are live favourites "Vinyl Richie," "Postcards" and "Grew Up on the Seeds," which were all performed at this year's South by Southwest festival with the late Sky Saxon.
