Gov't Mule Expand World Tour, Add Montreal and Toronto Shows with Big Sugar

The Southern rockers are already set to play festivals in Ottawa and Fredericton

After returning with new album Peace... Like a River earlier this month, Gov't Mule have announced an expansion of their world tour behind the effort, which includes a few new Canadian dates.

As part of the trek's North American leg, the Warren Haynes and Matt Abts-led outfit is set to spend July, August, September and October on the continent playing shows behind the follow-up to 2021's Heavy Load Blues.

New Canadian shows have been announced around the time the Mule make festival appearances at Ottawa's CityFolk 2023 and Fredericton's Harvest Music Festival.

The band will now play Toronto's Massey Hall on September 13, ahead of making the trip to Montreal's MTELUS on September 17. Both those dates will feature support from Big Sugar.

A pre-sale for the newly added Toronto and Montreal performances opens June 28 at 10 a.m. ET, ahead of going on sale to the general public on June 29 at 10 a.m. local time. Complete ticket and show details can be found via Gov't Mule's official website.
