Earlier this year, Canadian sibling trio Doomsquad performed a new tune called "Ovoo" for Exclaim! TV, and now they've shared a music video for the song.
The track is anchored by a dark electronic groove and overlaid with swaths of hazy synths and a few organic elements. The accompanying clip reinforces the mystical mood by showing some sort of forest ritual. This is followed by a walk on the beach on an autumnal day. It was directed by Chris Boni.
The song will appear on the band's upcoming album Kalaboogie, due out through Hand Drawn Dracula/No Pain in Pop. According to Doomsquad's Facebook page, it will arrive in February.
