As previously reported, electro pop mainstay Jimmy Tamborello is reviving his Dntel project for a pair of new releases on Sub Pop later this year. We already knew the EPs are titled After Parties 1 and After Parties 2, but now we're happy to report that they will be simultaneously released on December 7.

According to a post on the Sub Pop site, the EPs feature eight new Dntel tracks in total, with three on the first EP and five on the second. While a full tracklisting is not yet available, the tracks “After Parties” and “Flares” can be downloaded or streamed via the embedded player below.

In addition to the new material, Sub Pop revealed that it will be releasing an expanded reissue of Dntel's 2001 breakthrough effort Life Is Full of Possibilities. The release will be coming at some point in 2011. Stay tuned for more details.
